Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation policy: Individual event or conference registrations canceled within 72 hours of the event and “no shows” will be billed at the regular fee.

Due to our commitment with the golf course no golfer refunds will be made. A late fee of $50 will be charged if registration form is received after April 15, 2009.
